Exchange & Return 

Products purchased online and shipped are final sales, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Damaged products 
If you received the damaged products, you have up to business 5 days from the moment you received the package to contact our customer service at and we will work with you to resolve this.
Order/Shipping Errors
Missing products or shipping errors must be reported within 72 business hours of receipt of the shipment. After 72 business hours, all claims will be denied.
Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please contact our customer service as soon as possible. 
The refund will be returned by the original payment method, and customer will get the money within 3 business days.
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
